To report inappropriate content in an EpikChat group, please contact us at support@epikchat.com. Please include the group name, a clear description of what happened, and any other relevant details. Screenshots are helpful and should be included whenever possible. Reporting a group does not guarantee that it will be closed.
If someone is harassing you in a group or otherwise acting inappropriately, we suggest that you stop communicating with that user. You can report the user by clicking their name in the chat and selecting report. If you contact us directly, include any relevant details and screenshots when available.
If you are uncomfortable with a chat conversation, you can also block that person from contacting you by clicking their name in the chat and selecting block.
