Government agencies regularly ask technology companies to turn over user data. We understand the importance of your individual privacy, so on this page we provide general information, for increased transparency, about the number and type of requests we receive from governments.

What we’re commonly asked for

EpikChat may receive requests for user information, chat logs, or other personalty identifiable data.

When EpikChat receives various forms of legal requests for information, they are reviewed to ensure they have a valid legal basis. If they do, we comply by providing data responsive to the request, we may also reject or challenge a request that does not have a valid legal basis, is unclear, inappropriate, or overly broad.
