Chat Commands
Explore the bots and features that power your chats.
Using commands in EpikChat is simple and fun! Just type the command by itself directly into the chat. Make sure nothing is in front of the command for it to work correctly. Some commands may accept or require an input. For example, typing /weather New York will fetch the weather for New York.
Chat Commands are now available for groups
Group owners can add the built-in Chat Commands bot from their group's Manage Bots settings to enable these commands.
 | /8ball | Ask a yes-or-no question. Example: /8ball will I be rich? |
 | /ask | Ask a quick question. |
 | /cheers | Toast a random person or use /cheers @username. |
 | /choose | Pick from comma-separated options. Example: /choose pizza, sushi, tacos |
 | /emoji | Expressive emojis that match any word or phrase. Example: /emoji party |
 | /fact | Get a random fact. |
 | /help | Get chat command help. |
 | /joke | Get a random joke. |
 | /ping | Check your server ping. |
 | /quote | Get a random quote. |
 | /roll | Roll a die. Add sides if needed: /roll 10 |
 | /rumble | Start a room rumble. |
 | /shade | Post a bold group question. |
 | /stocks | Look up stock prices. Example: /stocks Apple |
 | /time | Get the local time for a location. |
 | /trivia | Play trivia. View scores with /trivia scores |
 | /urb | Look up Urban Dictionary definitions. |
 | /weather | Get the weather for a city or region. |
 | /wyr | Post a Would You Rather question. |
 | /yt | Search YouTube. Example: /yt dancing cats |

Interactive Link Previews
Supported media links automatically show a preview card within the chat. You can turn these off in the chat settings.
